Lab Information

  • Control room adjacent to 3 experiment rooms:
    • large MoBI hall with 150 qm fully equipped with motion capture, virtual reality, and wireless EEG
    • 2 small MoBI rooms with 35 and 45 qm, equipped for MoBI using virtual reality, as well as classical EEG and 2D monitor setups
  • Brain imaging hardware:
    • 2 x 64 channel Brainproducts BrainAmp DC EEG amplifier with active electrodes
    • 1 x 160 channel Brainproducts BrainAmp DC MOVE amplifier and wireless transmission with active electrodes
    • 2 x 64 and 2 x 128 channel ANT eego sports amplifier with passive electrodes and active cable shielding

  • Output Recording:
    • 31 x PhaseSpace motion caption cameras with up to 70 active LEDs for body imaging
    • Additional physiological data acquision hardware:
      • 1 x SMI HTC Vive eyetracking equipmen
      • Peripheral physiology system (Brainproducts BrainAmp ExG)
      • Force measuring plates

      • 2 x HTC Vive Pro
      • 3 x standard HTC Vive, 1 equipped with the SMI eyetracker
      • 1 x Acer Windows Mixed Reality

      • 2x Zotac Mini PC (with a Geforce GTX 1060) attached to backpack for mobile VR rendering and 1 x MSI Gaming Laptop (with a Geforce GTX 970M)
      • 1 x stationary PC with a Geforce GTX 1070 for VR rendering in one small MoBI room
